Bridal FAQ
Do you do Air Brush MU?: Yes, wether you choose traditional application or airbrush, we always use Makeup Forever HD foundations.
How long does it take? : Typically we allow about 45 minutes for Hair and another 30 Minutes for MU.
Will you travel to me? : Yes, please see travel fees on bridal page.
When is payment due? : A credit card number is needed to hold a trial run, and the balance of the package you choose is to be paid in full on the day of the trial.
Why do some salons charge more for the bride then the bridesmaids? : Good question. If you can figure that out please let us know! We work just as hard on your bridal party and friends as we do on our brides.
Why do some salons charge less for a trial run then the actual wedding day? (when booking a la carte): Another good question. Why would a mechanic or a doctor charge you more for the exact same service one day over another? So, wedding day or trial we work equally as hard and provide the same service, prices are then the same.
Do you charge for veil placement? : Again, to us that is part of doing your hair..That would be like basing our prices on how many pins we use! Just craziness!
What kind of makeup do you use? : Makeup Forever HD foundations and lip colors, as well as MAC colors.
Is a wash and dry a different price? : Yes, see our price list for hair services. Prices may very by stylist based upon reputation, experience and demand.
Should you come with clean dry hair? : Yes! Preferably washed and dried the night prior to the big day. Please do not come with wet hair, additional charges may apply. If you need your hair washed the day of, the normal cost if a wash and dry will be included.
Travel Fee? : $200.00 in state. Out of state fee will very depending on distance. Out of country, all airfare and hotel fees are to be paid by the bride.
Why do we charge so much to come to you? : It may seem to some that $200.00 is a lot just to come to you to perform the needed services however, please into consideration the time it takes to basically pack up our entire salon (about one hour) and then unpack when we are finished, (another hour). Wear and tear, fuel and insurance costs are all part of our travel fee.
Do you use contracts? : Yes.
Pricing for trial same as wedding day? : You bet!
